Are you ready to take the plunge? Quick dips in our cold plunge can help wake you up and speed your recovery after a workout. Try it out pre-workout, post-workout after a sauna session, or on rest days with contrast therapy, alternating between hot and cold.

To start, we recommend aiming for 60 seconds. As your tolerance builds, you can increase your time upwards of 5 minutes.

Take advantage of our cold plunge offerings as an add-on with a , Single Class Pass,  or Open Gym Pass.
