Our infrared sauna is here to help you sweat it out, either as a morning relaxation tool or a post-workout recovery option.

Unlike traditional saunas, infrared saunas use infrared lamps to heat up your body. By warming you directly, you’re able to enjoy a more intense sweat while staying in the sauna longer.
