Josh Mauro LMT
Joshua is a licensed massage therapist and dedicated student of bodywork, with a strong foundation in health sciences and therapeutic techniques. His dedication to ongoing education is evident in the numerous certifications such as a personal trainer, stretching practitioner, and Thai massage. Seeking a deeper understanding of pain relief, he began studying Structural Energetic Therapy® in 2018, a specialized approach focusing on addressing Core Distortion patterns, a key source of chronic pain. This advanced training equips him with techniques that are especially effective for long-term pain relief.
His academic background, technical expertise, and commitment to continual learning allow him to provide deeply informed and effective care for his clients.
Beyond his professional education, Joshua applies his knowledge to his own active lifestyle. He values balance, stability, and flexibility in physical fitness and enjoys a range of activities, including acro yoga, partner acrobatics, slacklining, mountain biking, and indoor rock climbing.
Jeremy Murray LMT
Jeremy has been in the massage therapy industry for 6 years and has worked with chiropractors and several spas within the Tampa Bay area. He is very excited to team up with St. Pete Calisthenics to provide massage therapy services to its members and the surrounding community. Having an interest in the medical field, Jeremy also has backgrounds in nursing as well as occupational therapy assisting technology. Jeremy knows the value of rest, relaxation and leisure activities and what better way to provide those activities than through massage.
Jeremy's massage style is primarily focused on therapeutic techniques with the intention for healing and easing pain while incorporating relaxation techniques. Jeremy's goal is always to tailor each session to fit each client's individual needs. When not at work, he enjoys playing clarinet, anime, ufology, riding his e-bike, gym-ing and eating out.

Large group classes aren’t for everyone, just like not everyone can commit to weekly classes. For when you need some extra guidance with your workout or more flexible scheduling options, our small group, monthly, and personal training sessions are designed to give you the direction you need, when you need it.
Small Group Training
With our small group training sessions, you can expect:
5-person maximum class limit
Sessions with an in-depth focus on specific components of calisthenics training
Close attention from one of our experienced trainers in a small group setting
Rotating class schedule, with each class date and time announced a month in advance

Our monthly training seminars cover a range of calisthenics disciplines, including, but not limited to:
Calisthenics 101
Hanging focused training
Handstand focused training
Quadrupedal Movement Training (not specific to only Animal Flow)
