Coached programs
Start with a plan
Small cohorts, a set start date, and a coach who knows what you are working toward. Both begin with a free consultation.

Return2Play
A corrective exercise on-ramp for getting back to sport after an injury. We assess how you move, find what is holding you back, and rebuild the strength around it before you return to full training.

FitOver30
For people who used to be active and want it back. Strength, mobility, and habits rebuilt from wherever you are now, without pretending you are twenty-five.

Group classes
Drop into a class
All classes are coached and scaled. If you are new, any of these is a fine place to start.
Calisthenics
Foundations: Our recommended beginner class. A sample of Balance, Animal FLow and Calisthenics basics!
Body-Building: Push, pull, squat, and brace, with every movement scaled to what you can do today. Most people start here.
Skills Training: Push your skills to the next level in this class! Focused on helping you find your next progression in the most popular skills!
Animal Flow
Ground-based movement for mobility & coordination, great for building a spine and shoulders that actually work. Low impact and improves mind / body connection.
Start with at least 2-3 Intro to Animal Flow classes prior to advancing.
Yoga
Yoga on Sundays at 11am with Quinton, to restore with a Hatha Flow before the next week begins!
Group Meditation
Learn some best practices to build up a meditation routine from scratch. At 10am on Sundays with Jake as the kickoff to our restorative Sunday lineup!
Steel Mace Flow
Rotational strength and grip work with the mace. Good for anyone who swings, throws, or twists in their sport.
Handbalancing
Handstands, elbow levers, crow pose, L-sit, etc. Come unlock your ability to balance in all the shapes and learn all the available entries here!
Semi-Private Training
Longevity Lifting: Closer to personal training, at a class price. Numbers are capped so a coach can work with each person.Learn how to lift without breaking the body doen in the process!
Open Gym
Train on your own with the full rig, kettlebells, mace, and mats. A coach is usually around if you want a form check.
