She holds a B.S. in Health Promotion Management and multiple certifications—including Exercise Physiologist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Certified Animal Flow Instructor, Acro Yoga Coach, and more—through ACSM, ACE, and the CHEK Institute. With this deep background in movement and wellness, Wendy understands how to guide people safely while inspiring growth.
